Our training academy has been designed by the charismatic Richard Rawlings, a recognised estate agency industry training guru. We train to National Federation of Property Professional Standards.
Your initial franchise training takes place in Worcestershire, where you will spend four weeks learning all about the estate and letting agency franchise markets, trained by enthusiastic and inspirational speakers, who have had many years of property sales and letting experience and really know the industry inside out.
The initial induction course is backed up by our full operational HomeXperts estate agency franchise training manuals, which are provided online and regularly updated for our members.
Following on from our estate and letting agency franchise induction training, we also provide comprehensive training on our software and systems. We supply full back office support from HomeXperts central office and franchise support centre. This will enable you to run your business in a professional way, working smarter administratively leaving you more time to build customer relationships and find properties to sell or let.
Ongoing monthly training keeps you up dated with what is going on in the property industry and current changes in legislation. This gives you the opportunity to network and meet with other HomeXpert personal agents. WIth access to over 150 hours of training in your first year you will feel supported and knowledgable.
We supply the operating manuals to help you to identify local market opportunities. We train you to use the software, while we handle time consuming administration on your behalf.
